PARTNER / ALPHADATA

Jesse Kamzol

A political data strategist turning complex information into decisions campaigns can use.

Political data, field operations, and technology.

Jesse Kamzol is a partner at WAB Strategic and leads AlphaData, the firm’s data services, premium modeling, and proprietary data management platform. His career spans more than a decade of political data work within the Republican National Committee and in the field, supporting campaigns and more than 20 recounts.

Jesse served as Chief Data Officer at the RNC during the 2016 election cycle, when Donald J. Trump was elected president. In that role, he led the expansion and modernization of the committee’s data operations, connecting national data infrastructure with the practical requirements of campaign and field staff.

His work included developing voter scores and expanding analytics to make information about the electorate available earlier and more consistently. The RNC’s data and field programs supported the Trump campaign’s ground operations, and Jesse’s responsibilities placed him at the intersection of data management, analysis, and campaign execution.

His professional focus includes microtargeting, large-scale voter-data analysis, and predictive modeling. These areas bring together information from voter records and other datasets to study patterns in the electorate and inform campaign planning. His experience encompasses both the underlying data systems and the interpretation of their outputs.

At WAB, Jesse’s work also includes the application of artificial intelligence and machine learning to electoral modeling. His focus is on adaptive analytical systems that can process information more quickly and reduce manual work. This work extends his background in political data operations into the development of AlphaData’s modeling and data-management capabilities.

Jesse graduated from the University of Michigan with a concentration in economics focused on game theory.
